Showy Private Limited Accounts Assistant Job Vacancy in Singapore

Responsibilities:
• Attend to phone calls
• Entertain walk-in customers
• Prepare shipping documents
• Handle voluminous filing and accounts receivable function
• Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent, with at least a year of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel and Word
• Self-motivated and a good team player with excellent interpersonal and organizing skills
• Meticulous and ability to work under pressure
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (To liaise with Chinese clients)
• Preferably staying in the north-west area
• 5.5 working days
