•Reporting to General Manager
•Assist the General Manager in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programmes
•Liaise with Consultants for technical issues, and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
•Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to building works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
Requirements
oDegree in architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized Degree is preferred
oAt least 8 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project
oExperience in external works will be advantageous
oCandidate with building construction experience in commercial building / shopping mall / hotel will be advantageous
oNationality: Singaporean/PR or Malaysian
