People Profilers Product Business Manager – Construction Job Vacancy in Singapore – North

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the business
    strategies for the Construction business.
  • Responsible for establishing
    product positioning, product campaigns, and commercial plans and
    initiatives.
  • Manage and drive the new product
    road map for SEA. Develop new product introduction campaigns and market
    execution plans.
  • Work closely with country managers
    and market teams to ensure timely and successful new product launch
    initiatives meet the predetermined goals and objectives.
  • Establish key market initiatives
    and focus areas to drive sales and profit growth. Create quarterly,
    bi-annual, and/or annual programs and promotions to take market share.
  • Champion execution of campaigns
    and programs to ensure proper sell out is achieved.
  • Drive strategic activities of all
    brand marketing, brand communication, brand positioning, market
  • research, and market/customer analytic in accordance with business objectives.
  • Evaluates market reactions to
    advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging to
    ensure the timely adjustment of marketing plans to meet changing market
    and competitive conditions.
  • Develop and provide the markets
    with collateral and training support to sell to the targeted markets and
    against the relevant competition.
  • Work closely with the supply chain
    team to manage the demand forecasts, supply planning, and inventory
    management.
  • Create sufficient plans to rid of
    excess and/or obsolete inventory.
  • Collaborate with the marketing
    support team in the execution of after sales service, brand and marketing
    communications, and product training.
  • Set objectives, create
    professional development plans, and provide professional guidance for
    direct reports.
  • Acquire and share best practices
    with global teams.
Requirements:
  • Degree with additional
    qualifications in Marketing or Business Management.
  • At least 5 years experience in
    sales and/or marketing with a professionally managed company in the
    region. Experience of working or supplying products to construction
    industry would be advantageous. Understanding applications and the ability
    to articulate technical aspects of the product to translate end user
    requirements is critical to success in this role.
  • High degree of commercial
    orientation and understanding of P&L management.
  • Driven by numbers and continuous
    achievement.
  • Business-level English
    comprehension both written and spoken. Well honed presentation skills.
  • Persuasive communication and
    influencing skills with a proven track record of growing sales.
  • Strong relationship building and
    teamwork
  • MS Office skills to independently
    manage information and develop presentations.
