Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of all building maintenance works in a large shopping complex.
• Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs for building maintenance.
• Prepare building management programmes and budget.

• Attend to tenants’ requests and submissions for A&A works.
• Conduct site inspections and submit reports and recommendations to management.
• Supervise works by technicians & term contractors.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in shopping complex.
• Must be hands-on, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
