Responsibilities:
• Formulate compensation and reward strategies
• Review, evaluate and develop enhancements to existing organisational compensation programmes to maintain competitiveness
• Ensure that reward programmes and activities are carried out in an efficient manner and with the principle of “Pay for Performance”
• Participate in salary benchmarking and benefits surveys, as well as conduct analysis of the survey results and develop C&B solution plans for different geographics
• Review and advise other areas of the business on local and ad hoc incentives to ensure appropriateness and equity
• Conduct job evaluation to ensure an equitable and consistent approach to job grading across the company

Requirements:
• Degree in any discipline, preferably with a Specialist Diploma in Compensation & Benefits Management
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a large organisation especially in the area of Compensation and
Benefits
• Excellent numerical skills and advanced working knowledge of MS Excel are necessary
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English
• Team player with high initiative and resourcefulness
• Adaptable to the demands of a changing environment
• Analytical, meticulous, with an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure
• Innovative and able to think out of the box to accomplish goals
