ACCOUNTS/ FINANCE MANAGER (MNC/ SGD 6K/ BASED IN KL)
Across Singapore
Responsibilities:
• Formulate group financial reporting, management and statutory reporting, budgeting and internal control review
• To supervise SPVs Finance Team in meeting reporting deadlines and implementation of financial reporting standards and internal policies
• To supervise the maintenance and management of finance and accounts relating to the Malls.
• To ensure the Group HR & Admin functions are managed effectively and efficiently.
• In respect of the Malls, to take overall responsibility for:
i. All taxation matters
ii. Treasury and cash flow management
iii. Timely performance of audit (by external auditors)
Requirements:
• Minimum diploma/degree in Accounting/ Finance or a related field.
• Fluency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Minimum 6 years experience in Accounting/ Finance or a related field.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines;
• Ability to work under minimum supervision at times and remain self motivated.
Other Information:
Salary: SGD 6000 or above.
Location: SStwo Mall, Malaysia ( Kuala Lumpur)
