Sales and Marketing Executive (Johor)
Responsibilities :
• Responsible to research into new market potential and needs of customers.
• Maintain & enhance good working relationship with existing customers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and make presentations for clients or potential clients on products and services provided.
• Attending to sales enquiries and customer servicing which includes payment collections.
• Coordinate with all the departments to meet the customer request & enquiry.
• Required to travel overseas to meet up with customer / potential buyers.
• Responsible to organise and participate in trade fair / exhibitions.
• Handle all export documentations and submission to the bank.
• Coordinate with shipper, forwarder & transporter for related customer shipment.
• All other day-to-day administration, coordination and service support and any other adhoc tasks which are assigned as and when required in order to meet Company’s objectives.
Requirements :
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in English, Malay & Chinese.
• Have excellent communication / public relations skills.
• Be a decisive team player, strong interpersonal and effective marketing skills.
• Possess self-initiative, creativity, strong drive, enthusiasm and must be willing to learn.
• Customer service oriented.
