The Job:
• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day KL EM Operations activities, Institutional settlement and Foreign Share Trading
• Updating Operations Policy and Procedures (P&P) in relation changes to internal and external guidelines
• Ensure that compliance and internal audit findings/issues are promptly attended to.
• Evaluate and recommend the necessary changes on Operations process flow, structure & manpower
• Performing all CDS activities such as ISS or FDSS
Requirements:
• Working experience in stock broking industry, preferably incumbents with 5 years in holding senior management capacity (Experience in back-office operation would be an added advantage)
• Good knowledge on stock broking operations with experience in handling / dealing with clients, dealers and remisiers.
• Customer oriented person.
• Displays good analytical with excellent report writing skills and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
