Human Resource Executive
Selangor – Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
• Overall in charge of learning and developing program in developing human resources, developing of materials, incentive plan, methodology and system.
• Actively involved in the research, development and implementation of a strategic talent Management framework.
• Overall in-charge of handling all activities related to human resources including recruitment activities, training coordination and update of training records which includes making the arrangement.
• Handling induction & orientation, staff welfare and employee safety & health. Staff welfare relating to assisting the OSHA committee in ensuring a safe & healthy working condition & assist in carrying out OSHA activities such as fire drill, safety campaign, cleanliness of premises etc. To organize & support staff events/activities to promote better relationship among employees eg birthday lunch/dinner, festival celebrations, gatherings etc.) .
• Handling ISO 9001:2008 administration and documentation which includes update all individual staff training evaluation form, update all new staff orientation form, prepare monthly meeting presentation and attend monthly meeting and taking minutes when necessary.
• Handling of foreign workers matter in submission of documents to Immigration Dept and assist in picking up foreign workers from airport.
• Collecting & compilation of leave form and forward to HQ, collation, compilation and generating of HR data & statistic.
• Handling other special projects or assignment that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the Company.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• A minimum of 3 -5 years working experience in the area of Human Resources.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
• Possess high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
• Numerically inclined and possess good analytical skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, committed and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Good organization skills and has the ability to prioritize work and meet timeliness in a fast paced environment.
• Positive work attitude and able to work in a team environment
