HR Executive / Senior HR Executive
Selangor – Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the human resource – talent management activities including recruitment & selection and employee relations.
• Create and implement succession plans for staff and develop programs aimed at their retention and growth.
• Monitor the progress against the talent management strategy ensuring that staff and resources are effectively allocated and deployed and the budget is managed effectively.
• Manage and lead projects and initiatives ensuring that implementation is achieved on time and in budget.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong,Shah Alam.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Recruitment or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
