HEAD OF INVESTIGATION – SECURITY DEPARTMENT
Selangor
Responsibilities:
• Lead PLD, Claim & Compensation Unit and assist Country Security Manager in managing all queries pertaining to PLD Reports, Claim & Compensation, Recovery and Insurance.
• Work closely with other subsidiaries, branches, departments to ensure PLD Reports is being submitted accordingly with relevant documents and information.
• To ensure PLD Reports is duly checked, investigated, verified and to identify Root Cause and summit recommendation for Correction Action Measures.
• To ensure PLD Reports is being closed on timely manner.
• To produce weekly and monthly PLD Summary Reports and summit to National Security Manager for review and trend analysis.
• To ensure all claims & compensation is being disburse accordingly to customer’s base on management approval in timely manner.
• To ensure all claim process is duly affected and safeguard company’s interest from revenue leakages.
• To attend to all customers queries and appeal cases by working closely with Customer Service Department and Sales Department.
• To ensure all Back-To-Claim claims from 3rd Party Vendors, Contractors, Co-Loaders and staff is done in timely manner.
• To produce weekly and monthly analysis report to National Security Manager for review and trend analysis.
• To maintain proper summary, filing and records for reference and audit purpose.
• To assist National Security Manager on any other security related jobs and functions as and when required by management.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in any field
• 3 years of experience in security management or related field.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• To have strong character and analytical mindset.
• Ability to interact effectively at various organization levels and across diverse cultures.
• Able to work as a team and work under pressure and able to deliver in timely manner with minimum supervision.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
