Accommodation Manager, 5 Star Hotel Resort in Cork
Location: Cork
Salary: c.€30K (max early €30Ks)
Start: ASAP
Hours: Monday – Sunday, 5 days out of 7.
Varied shifts. Normally 8am – 4pm, or 9am – 5pm.
May be later starts if there’s a wedding on, etc.
Job Overview:
This Cork Hotel Resort has been recently restored and stylishly enhanced. There are over 100 guest rooms / suites in the Hotel, Lodges & Muses.
You will be working as part of a team with an Assistant Manager, 3 supervisors and 10 – 12 Accommodation Assistants.
You will be responsible for supervising rooms ensuring they meet 5 star and Hotel standards.
In addition you will have responsibilities that include the overall housekeeping of various aspects of the Resort.
You must be focused on high standards with strong attention to detail
Be organised, efficient and systematic in work procedures.
Have strong inter-personal skills and be able to motivate and lead others.
Requirements:
Must have experience as a Hotel Accommodation Manager within a 4 or 5 star hotel(s).
Excellent eye for detail, well organised and systematic in their work methods.
Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills.
