Our client is a leading, global manufacturer and supplier of HVAC systems, based in Western Sydney. Due to a recent company restructure a position is currently available for an experienced Inventory Controller to immediately join their friendly team.

The Role will be reporting to the Procurement Manager with a key focus on administering support and coordination to the supply planning of all inventory functions. This is a full function Inventory Controller position dealing with a high volume of parts and components. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute towards the companies SOP’s and implement KPI’s in order to achieve optimum inventory management levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory stock movements
• Ensuring dead stock is removed regularly
• Monthly management reporting
• Expediting of purchased/manufactured parts
• Coordinate cycle counts and stock takes with Warehouse staff
• Manage and create KPI’s based on stock movement

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in a full-function inventory controller position
• Previously dealt with a high inventory level of parts and components
• Experience using Navision or a similar ERP system
• Possess intermediate Excel skills and experience manipulating data
• The ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
