Do you want to work for a growing Sydney Based Commercial Builder with a current turnover of $50M? Their planned growth target, which is well underway, is to double the turnover in the next 5 years and to be working on average project sizes of up to $15M.
This impressive builder is renowned for their commitment to their staff, clients and sub contractors and they pride themselves on offering a collaborative working environment.
Due to their impressive growth over the last year there is now a requirement for a Senior Estimator with a strong background in Commercial projects up to $15M. You will be working alongside a Chief Estimator, a Cost Planner and a Junior Estimator.
Whilst you will be responsible to the Chief Estimator, this is a very independent role and you will need to be highly motivated, career driven and possess the following skills in order to be a success in this role:
* A strong proven background working on Sydney based Commercial Projects
* An ability to manage multiple tenders
* An analytical eye for logical interpretation
