Our client
in Tanzania is currently looking for Alimak miners, reporting to the Alimak
Captain. The incumbent will be responsible in providing mining services
to the operation mining team and ensure optimum safe production at minimum
Cost.
Experience:
Minimum of
5 years underground mining experience
Must be
knowledgeable on Alimak Raise mining
Ensure
that employees and contractors comply with the Mine’s safety and environmental
standards and any legislative requirements
Must be
able to transfer knowledge and skills to the national workforce.
Special

- Ability to read, write and
speak in English fluently - Able to work with limited
supervisor - Ability to train and pass on
knowledge - Good written and verbal
communication skills - Produce high quality work with
attention to detail - Able to work safely and be
alert to hazards - Cultural and religious
awareness and tolerance - High degree of patience and
tolerance
This
position will attract a competitive salary package, including International
Savings Plan, bonus incentive based on performance and full medical cover to
incumbent and eligible family members.
Roster is
FIFO 6 weeks on and 3 weeks off.
