investigative explorations.
The group is expanding its hydrocarbon search for Oil and Natural Gas and in the Energy sector.
The Role
Our Client is currently seeking a Drilling Manager – for their team in Tanzania. The main responsibility for the candidate will be Preparation of drilling Programs
Scouting of rigs & other related services, Preparation of technical Scope for tendering of drilling rig and other related services, Real time monitoring and decision making of drilling operations liaising with other disciplines as appropriate.
• Work closely with geosciences department & other service companies for optimum drilling parameters and safe drilling
• Adhere to the HSE policies of the company and comply with HSE requirement of Govt. of Tanzania
• Prepare end of well report at the end of drilling of a well
The Person
1) Experience 15 – 20 yrs, Qualification B.E. or M. Tech in petroleum Engineering
2) He should be a self starter and able to drive drilling operations independently
3) He should have experience in:
a. Drilling of both onshore and offshore wells
b. Preparation of drilling Programs
c. Scouting of rigs & other related services
d. Preparation of technical Scope for tendering of drilling rig and other related services
e. Real time monitoring and decision making of drilling operations
