Summary:

TLTC wishes to recruit a suitably qualified, competent, dynamic and self motivated individual for position of Corporate Affairs Manager. The job holder will report to the Group Corporate Affairs Director.
Description:
Handling all issues related to TL TC relationship with Stakeholders
Building relationship with corporate bodies and continuously updating them on Company activities
Corporate Governance Compliance and Policy
Leveraging Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects to build goodwill
Updating Management through Corporate Affairs Director on what is going on in the country in general and the Tobacco Industry in particular
Representing Management and the Company on matters relating to Trade and Commerce
Reviewing and drafting Company Legal documents Sourcing relevant novelties for corporate.
Requirements:
Qualification, Skills and Experience:
At least University degree in Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualifications
Work experience of at least 5 year in the field
Good knowledge of Local business environment
Fluent in English and Kiswahili
Preferable age: 30 -45 years.
