QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holder of a first Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other related field from a recognized university.
• At least five (5) years experience in relevant field in Public and / or Private Sectors.
• Must have experiences of not less than three years on web design
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise, train and coach staff in relevant skills.
• Self motivated with integrity and high level of confidentiality
