Matrix Investments Ltd is a Business Development Services (BDS) provider which
is established to foster the Business Development Support Services to Small and
Medium Enterprises (SMEs) development, government agencies and private
institutions. Matrix Investment Ltd works in collaboration with its business
partners in social responsive strategies to support and facilitate sustainable
development through access to market programs, enterprise development, business
linkages, and feasibility assessment and to set up investments in new and
innovative business services specifically targeting the SMEs sector. Matrix
Investments Limited is looking for self motivated, committed and qualified
personnel to fulfill the following position.
REAL ESTATE SALES PERSON ( 3 POSTS)
Job Descriptions
_ Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
_ Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
_ Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements,
closing statements, deeds and leases.
_ Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally
representing one or the other
_ Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation
in multiple listing services.
_ Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
_ Display commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties to
clients and explain their features.
_ Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or
notify owners of maintenance needs.
_ Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them
on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
_ Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need
to be negotiated.
_ Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements
and related matters
_ Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best
prevailing rates and terms.
_ Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties
_ Performs any other duties as assigned by superior
Minimum qualifications required
_ Bachelor degree in Economics, Land Evaluation or Social science
_ Experience with the coordination of property acquisition/relocation with
appraisers, property owners, real estate consultants, title companies and
outside agencies
_ Working knowledge of Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition
Policies, lease agreement components and contractual provisions, title
commitments and policies, real estate closing procedures and real estate
documents
_ Demonstrated ability to negotiate with public and private entities
_ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce
_ Good Interpersonal and communication skills
_ Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook e.t.c is a Must
_ Experience in relevant field will be an advantage to applicant
