We currently have a vacancy in our Customer Care Centre division of Siemens Ltd for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Bayswater.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for handling all inbound transactions via phone, fax and e-mail in a timely and efficient manner, so as to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Working a rotational roster between 7 am – 7 pm Monday to Friday , you will enjoy the opportunity to work within a close-knit team, and take ownership of this role.
What are my responsibilities?
• Handle and evaluate inbound customer contact to ensure accurate assessment and resolution for each situation
• Provide outstanding service to a high level of customers
• Manage work schedules of our Field Service Engineers and keep customers informed of the progress of their requests
• Effectively liaise with external and internal stakeholders, including customers, Support Engineers, Field Service Technicians and Sub-Contractors
• Maintain an accurate and up to date file management system to log, follow-up, close and archive any customer requests
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• Proven customer service skills – qualifications in customer care would be highly regarded
• Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills in order to provide and negotiate proper courses of action as per customer requirements
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and allocate tasks efficiently and effectively
• Strong IT skills – SAP knowledge would be beneficial, but not essential
