provide family planning, reproductive and sexual healthcare and allied
services. MST is a member of the Marie Stopes International (MSI) Global

to improve quality of life in Tanzania by dramatically improving access to
and use of family planning and other reproductive health services.

Assistant Medical Officers
Job purpose
The provision of qualit
y reproductive Health and general health care
services on Outreach and centers.
Minimum requirements
An Advanced Diploma in Clinical Medicine from recognised Medical institution
Registered by medical council of Tanganyika
At least 3 years working experience in a similar position
Clinical Officers
Job purpose
Provide quality Reproductive Health and Family Planning Services and
general medical services at dispensary level.
Minimum requirements
A Diploma in Clinical Medicine from recognised medical Institution and
should be registered medical council of Tanganyika.
At least 2 years working experience in similar position
Nurse mid-wives
Job purpose
Plan and provide professional nursing care for patients at Clinic including
the provision of Family Planning counseling and services. Follow
established policies and procedures including the collecting and analyzing
patient data.
Minimum requirements
Should be qualified and registered Nurse Midwife
At least 2 years working experience in similar position
Laboratory Technician or Assistant
Job purpose
Perform tests, record and report results on specimens received in the
laboratory in accordance with quality standards and regulations. Perform
routine medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and
prevention of disease
Minimum requirements
A Diploma in Medical Laboratory technician and must be registered.
At least 2 years experience in a similar position.
Pharmacy Assistant – Mwenge Hospital
Job Purpose
The Pharmacy Assistant is a key member of the Mwenge Hospital Team. The
role will include coordinating the Pharmacy at Mwenge from 8- 4pm Monday to
Friday and 8 am to 1 pm Saturday.
Minimum Requirements
A Pharmaceutical Assistant with diploma from an institution recognized by
MOH & SWF (essential)
At least 3 years experience working in a Pharmacy in a Hospital setting
Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer care
Understanding of government regulations in the handling and storage of drugs
Experience in using excel spreadsheets
