position:-

Assistant Manager – Compliance

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, Assistant Manager-Compliance will be
responsible for day to day compliance checks and reporting on the status of
bank- wide compliance with internal policies, procedures, limits as well as
regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure
  compliance activities are performed as per the compliance work plan and
  program
• Assist
  in identification and monitoring of compliance risk as per the bank policy
  and risk management guidelines
• Ensure
  adherence to recommendations by internal and external auditors, primary
  regulator, other regulatory authorities and government agencies
• Preparation
  of daily, monthly and quarterly reports for submission to management and
  to the Board of Directors.
• Coordination
  of business continuity management activities/program and tests as per
  policy
• Execution
  of periodic compliance reviews aimed at raising red flags to the
  management on non-compliance for timely rectification.

• Excellent
  report writing skills.
• Comprehensive
  understanding of banking operations as well as good knowledge on
  prudential regulations in banking
• University
  degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting
• A
  minimum of 3-5 years banking experience, particularly in audit or
  compliance functions.
