candidate to fill the position of informations and communications technology
ststems and security manager and

DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and maintain IT security frmaework that guides DSE planning and
implementantion of informations security control
– develop and maintain adequate ICT policy documentations
– ensure the existence of adequate planning of ICT syestems and security
– oversees maintenence of software and computer hhardware systems including
preparing schedule for software upgrades
– asses and ensure that the performance of installed ICT infrastructure
application system operating systems computer hardware and other
technologiesaccessories
– advice DSE on the appropriate technologies to adopt during the acquasition of
software systems computer hardware and other technologies
– planning developing and implementing the ICT budget and other related
resources
– planning and design disaster recovery plans for the ICT and ensure business
continuity
– peform any other duties as may be assigned by the chief executives officer
from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
the candidate mut be
– holder of first egree in either computer science , ICT system security and
masters degree in 1 of these area informations technology, ICT systems security
or equivalent
– at least 5 years working experience 3 of which at senior level , post qualify
working experience i IT related area from reputable institution
