Quality Chemical Industries Ltd (QCIL) is a pharmaceutical plant, producing anti-retroviral and anti-malarial drugs at Luzira Industrial Park in Uganda. QCIL is a joint venture between Quality Chemicals Ltd-a local drug distribution company and CIPLA Ltd- a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer from India.
QCIL is looking for professionally confident, self-motivated, and committed team players to reinforce their capacity by filling the following vacant positions:
PRODUCTION OFFICER (04)
Reports to the Production Manager
The Main Roles Include:
• Ensuring that appropriate validations and calibrations of equipment are well effected and records taken
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation including SOPs, change control systems and procedures
• Raising T.I sheets for product process and cleaning validation of purified and portable water analysis as per schedule
• Monitoring punch and dies inventory records
Job requirement
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Should be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in either Pharmacy, Science Technology or Industrial Chemistry, with a minimum of two (02) year’s demonstrable experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing set up.
