Air Uganda (U7) is an AKFED company and part of the Celestair Group of African airlines; we are committed to providing maximum safety, security, comfort, punctuality and service satisfaction to all our customers. The company has been expanding since its inception in November 2007 and currently operates modern jet aircraft on a route network from Entebbe to Juba, Nairobi, Dar-es-Salaam, Kigali, Mombasa & Zanzibar. There are also new route expansions planned for later in 2011 & 2012.

Responsibilities
• To ensure that lost or short shipped baggage is recovered promptly
• To compensate passengers in line with company and IATA Policy

Job requirement
Qualifications, Experience and skills
• Must have a minimum of a Diploma in a business field
• Minimum of 2 years in ground handling and baggage operations
• Familiar with IATA Ground handling regulations and use of World Tracer System
• Good communication, customer care skills and a team player
