Position: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Key
Duties:
Duties:
- Receive cash and make payments by
cash and cheques - Register payment vouchers
- Monitor bank balances with bankers
on regular basis - Perform bank reconciliations for
all bank accounts on monthly basis - File all payment vouchers,
supporting documents and accountabilities. - Remit NSSF and PAYE as required by
law. - Handle administration issues and
general office management.
Requirement:
KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- BBA degree Finance and Accounting
from a recognised university. - Two (2) years relevant working
experience as an Accounts Assistant. - Proficiency in computer software
and office applications including Ms Excel and Ms Word - Hands on experience in quick
books. - Good understanding of
administrative, financial and general office management principles
(Logistics, Minute taking, communication and coordination). - Ability to work with minimum
supervision.
