Assistant Fund Administrator Job Vacancy in Edinburgh

A globally known Investment Bank are seeking Assistant Fund Administrators to join there well established project team.

Responsibilities include:
• Data preparations of data received by clients and third parties.
• Supporting the line manager with more complex issues with data migration.
• Accurately reconciling data onto accounting platforms
• Developing and maintaining good working relations with client contacts.

Knowledge/Experience required:
• Financial Services experience from an investment, banking or pension’s background would be advantageous.
• Ability to communicate affectively in writing and verbally.
• Experience of dealing with clients.
• Ability to plan and organise workload to work towards a deadline
