(TfaC) is an organisation locally registered in Malawi with the Council for
non-Governmental Organisations (CONGOMA) and the NGO Board, We have been
working in Malawi since 2006 with the goal to improve the Sexual and
Reproductive Health of vulnerable and marginalised groups
The Community MEL
Manage
r is a core member of the MEL team of a growing organisation, currently
employing over 60 people
The Community MEL
Manager is responsible for managing the monitoring and evaluation of TfaC’s
comic Relief Project and provide technical support to the MEL Manager and
community team including improvement of monitoring tools, data collection,
analysis and report writing. She/he will lead the sharing of
organisational learning, both internally and externally and train and build the
capacity of TfaC staff in monitoring and evaluation both within the MEL
department and across the organisation
