Our client is an established Design and Build Main Contractor in Singapore handling mega projects and is inviting suitable talented and motivated individuals to join as:-
M&E Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Coordination of services in building work
• Ensure works in compliance with specifications and quality
• Day to Day project Management in regards to M & E matters, include liaison with all parties involved in the project (include the Architects, Designer, Consultant, Main & Sub Contractors, supplier and other M & E Contractor etc)
• Attend site meetings
• Preparation of work schedules and monitoring of project costing, work progress and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly & completed with target time and budget
• Ensure works in compliance with specifications and statutory regulations
Requirements:-
• Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services
• Experience in hotel/resort construction an advantage OR Min 2 – 5 years’ experience in commercial or condominium project
• speak mandarin/ Chinese
