Purpose and Objectives
The Order Management Department in Singapore will be part of the Global Finance Shared Services and will support the administration of License and Maintenance Software contracts for the whole of APJ region
Expectations and Tasks
• Checking incoming orders and timely processing of the Software License orders in the system according to SOX controls in place and in compliance with company’s policies & guidelines
• Ensure customers receive correct software and access
• Key liaising directly with the Sales, Finance/Controlling and Legal in cases where there are issues relating to software license contracts and orders, creation of invoices and issuing of credit notes
• Archiving of documentation
• Post maintenance support including transfers, migrations and amendments
• Answering internal/external customer queries in relation to Software License, Pricing and Revenue Recognition within agreed Service Level Agreement
• Use initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team
Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
• Fluent in English. Other languages are welcomed
• Quick learner, adaptable and able to use own initiative
• Organization and time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task
• Responsive and customer focus with a proactive approach
• Quality focused with excellent attention to detail
• Good command of MS Office (Excel-Word and Outlook)
• Experience with SAP system is preferable but not essential
