1.FINANCE MANAGER

1.1.Key Responsibilities
•Accountable for all financial planning, tax issues and
cash flow planning and management
•Coordination of the budget preparation process and
presentation of same to the board approval
•Accountable for all financial planning, tax issues and
cash flow planning and management

•Design and implement proper financial control systems
to safeguard company assets.

1.2.Qualifications
•Must be fully qualified Chartered Accountant:
CIMA, ACCA, CA
•Must be an associate or fellow member of the
Botswana institute of Accountants with prior experience in the media industry
