Purpose of the job
Reporting to the
mobile network operations manager, the incumbent will maintain a high quality
level of roaming services, and ensure customer (roaming partner) satisfaction
targets are met., provid
e effective technical support and continually seek
quality improvements within mobile network operations. The engineer test
services with existing and configures and tests service with new roaming
partners across all technologies to safe guard roaming
performance and provide corrective and preventative maintenance for roaming
activities and initiatives that will grow roaming revenue.
Job requirements
The ideal candidate
should possess a Diploma or Degree in telecommunications engineering or
equivalent. Also has 2 years’ experience in IREG Testing environment.
