description
- To
ensure the smooth running of the Bayport Financial Services Hukuntsi
Branch - To
build a sales team that consists of at least 15 sales agents - To
achieve all set sales targets for Hukuntsi Branch - To
ensure that all loans are of good quality and that there is no
misrepresentation by any of your sales agents - To
ensure that the Quality Control is done properly at your branch - To
supervise all sales agents reporting to Hukuntsi Branch - To
assume responsibility for all equipment in the branch - To
assume responsibility for the day to day running of the branch including
petty cash reconciliations and customer service - To
promote the company in the market - To
create and implement strategic sales systems to best reach your branch
sales targets - Develop
and coach Agents and hold them accountable for overall performance - You
will be responsible for ensuring that all agents follow policies and
procedures and operate within the guidelines of Bayport’s Code of conduct - To
protect the integrity of the Bayport brand.
Requirements
- A
Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related field - Basic
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) - At
least 2 years’ experience in a Financial Services Sector
