  • To
    ensure the smooth running of the Bayport Financial Services Hukuntsi
    Branch
  • To
    build a sales team that consists of at least 15 sales agents
  • To
    achieve all set sales targets for Hukuntsi Branch
  • To
    ensure that all loans are of good quality and that there is no
    misrepresentation by any of your sales agents
  • To
    ensure that the Quality Control is done properly at your branch
  • To
    supervise all sales agents reporting to Hukuntsi Branch
  • To
    assume responsibility for all equipment in the branch
  • To
    assume responsibility for the day to day running of the branch including
    petty cash reconciliations and customer service
  • To
    promote the company in the market
  • To
    create and implement strategic sales systems to best reach your branch
    sales targets
  • Develop
    and coach Agents and hold them accountable for overall performance
  • You
    will be responsible for ensuring that all agents follow policies and
    procedures and operate within the guidelines of Bayport’s Code of conduct
  • To
    protect the integrity of the Bayport brand.

Requirements

  • A
    Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Basic
    Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • At
    least 2 years’ experience in a Financial Services Sector
