60T abnormal load vehicle
80T abnormal load vehicle
Requirements
Main
Responsibilities
To ensure all abnormal transportation is carried out according the TRC11
regulations. When load is in cage on vehicle it is safe and the all lashing and
tie down to specialised trailer is secure. The vehicle will also be correctly
permitted and all safety and visible factors like flags and lights are visible.
Qualifications,
Experience of driver
- 15
years plus experience on abnormal loads and cargo. - The
driver will be in possession of a heavy duty vehicle licence code EC. He
also worked on a few sites and contracts similar to what we require now.
He has experienced the same environment and safety requirements needed on
our site. - He is
also qualified to work with the specialised vehicle and equipment that
will be required a lot of skills by connect and disconnect the hydraulic
neck to load and offload some of the equipment on site. - Also
experience on secure lashing of abnormal equipment. - He must
also be qualified to do some maintenance on the specific vehicle if needed
to save any downtime on site.

awarded a contract for the Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Plate Work (SMPP)
for the Letlhakane Mine Tailings Resource Treatment Plant.
