Job description
  • Monitoring
    and supervising all Human Resources and Administration functions of the
    company
  • Developing
    and /or enhancing and enforcing implementation of policies and procedures
    of the company though systems that will improve the overall effectiveness
    of the company
  • Planning,
    directing and coordinating HRM activities to maximize strategic use of
    human resources and other resources
  • Interpretation
    and Administration of policies and Labour laws
  • Developing
    and implementing training and development programs
  • Analyze
    and review job descriptions of all employees
  • Conflict
    resolution and improving overall workforce morale
Requirements
  • Minimum
    Diploma in Human Resource Management OR Equivalent
  • Minimum
    2 years work experience
  • Knowledgeable
    about Labour Law & Employment Act, supervisory skills, good computer
    skills, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, customer focus,
    confidentiality and good communication skills
  • Knowledge
    in Pastel Payroll will be an added advantage
