Job description
- Monitoring
and supervising all Human Resources and Administration functions of the
company - Developing
and /or enhancing and enforcing implementation of policies and procedures
of the company though systems that will improve the overall effectiveness
of the company - Planning,
directing and coordinating HRM activities to maximize strategic use of
human resources and other resources - Interpretation
and Administration of policies and Labour laws - Developing
and implementing training and development programs - Analyze
and review job descriptions of all employees - Conflict
resolution and improving overall workforce morale
Requirements
- Minimum
Diploma in Human Resource Management OR Equivalent - Minimum
2 years work experience - Knowledgeable
about Labour Law & Employment Act, supervisory skills, good computer
skills, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, customer focus,
confidentiality and good communication skills - Knowledge
in Pastel Payroll will be an added advantage
