SERVICES
The incumbent will report directly t
o the Director, Operations. The Head,
Client Services will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the
cost efficient provision of client services through the Bank’s distribution
channels in order to optimize customer satisfaction.
Key
Accountabilities
- Develop
and implement client services plan and align the departmental goals to the
overall corporate objectives. - Develop
and manage the channel management strategy for the Bank. - Develop,
implement and drive the client services strategy. - Provide
for safe custody of cash and secure documentation. - Accurate
reconciliation of cash movements. - Identify
and anticipate future customer’s demands and profiles. - Motivate,
identify and develop talent amongst divisional staff. - Customer
satisfaction
Position
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Accounting/Finance or related field. Associate
membership of Botswana Institute of Bankers. A Master’s degree will be an added
advantage.
Experience:
Eight (8) years post-qualification experience in a client services environment
of which three (3) should have been in a managerial position.
Knowledge:
Expert knowledge in client relationship management, channel management,
customer service standards.
