Lewis Land Surveying is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our growing firm located in the North-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
The successful applicant will work on a wide range of surveying projects across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, using the latest digital equipment and software. Duties and responsibilities include:
• Party leading and project management for field surveys for a range of projects including re-establishment surveys, feature and level surveys and subdivisions and developments.
• Supervision of survey assistants.
• Computations and plan preparation using LISCAD software.
• Liaison with clients, referral authorities and councils.
Preferred applicants will have:
• A degree in Surveying.
• At least five years experience in Cadastral Surveying.
• Pride in the quality of their work and the desire to lead teams and projects effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
