The Opportunity
We are seeking a LEED Project Manager to join our team. As a LEED Project Manager, you will work closely with Clients to ensure that all tasks associated with Green Building Projects are on track.
Responsibilities will include:
• LEED project tracking, product investigations and validation of product compliance with sub-trades, vendors, consultants and clients
• Goal setting and ongoing liaising with project team.
• Coordination of tasks and deliverables such as Progress Reports, LEED scorecards, approval forms, etc.
• Green Building Research such as the investigation of technologies and pricing.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years direct experience working with LEED
• University degree or college diploma (eg, engineering, architecture, building science, etc.)
• Familiar with other green building rating systems
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledgeable in AutoCad
• Extremely Organized
• Self Motivated — Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail
• Professional attitude in dealing with clients
