Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: circa £60,000

Refuge is a high profile, national charity offering specialist services to women and children escaping domestic violence with an annual turnover of £10 million. We now have a unique opportunity for an innovative finance professional to join us at a challenging but exciting time.
This role will be pivotal to the development of financial and corporate strategy and is central to the delivery of Refuge’s business plan. Reporting to the Chief Executive you will lead our experienced finance and IT teams to support the continued growth of the organisation during this period of financial constraint.
You will be a qualified accountant, have extensive accounting and budgetary skills and have an impressive track record in financial management. You will have strong team leadership and management skills and be an excellent communicator of complex financial information.
