and love being outside? Want to build a movement? We’re off to Toronto and
looking for a beekeeper to install and maintain hives for Alvéole in Toronto.

looking for a beekeeper to install and maintain hives for Alvéole in Toronto.
Tasks:
- Manage,
with the help of a second beekeeper, over 100 hives across the GTA.
(Beehive installations, rigorous maintenance, honey extraction, organic
treatments and preparation for winter) - Accompany
individuals, schools, businesses and other organisations in their first
beekeeping season - Participate
in a two week beekeeping training program outside the city - Seasonal
position (April to December 2016)
The
ideal person has the following profile:

license - Great
understanding of the city - Passionate
about customer service - Beekeeping
knowledge a plus - Hungry
to learn about urban beekeeping practices - Extremely
resourceful, with entrepreneurial chops - Available
for a two-week training outside the city - Available
