hard and laugh a lot? Come and stay with us at Kinburn Farms, a beautiful 75
acre slice of heaven. The Farm sustainably rai
ses local pastured beef, pastured
pork, free range eggs and organic vegetables and herbs. Products are sold
through the Farm store as well as through a CSA (community supported
agriculture) program.
We are looking for 2
hardworking, enthusiastic farm helpers for either beginning of August to end of
October, or beginning of September to end of October 2016.
Responsibilities
will include but are not limited to feeding and watering all animals, changing
bedding, seeding, transplanting, weeding, organic pest control,
harvesting, cleaning vegetables, working in farm store and general
maintenance of our Farm.
Individuals must
have a strong work ethic, be willing to work in all weather conditions, be
physically fit, and have a great sense of humour.
We offer private
accommodation – a beautiful 39′ fully furnished trailer separate from the main
house, (both workers will be sharing the space together) farm vegetables and
meats, and each candidate will receive a stipend of $75 a week.
