Responsibilities
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Keep-up-to date with latest HR trends and best practice.
- Management of recruitment, selection, placement process, database and payroll.
- Drive key indicators in employees maintaining the highest ethical behaviour at all times.
- Develop, manage and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Engage employee properly and coordinate the development plans and performance management
Job Requirements
- B.Sc Human Resource Management or related field with minimum of five years cognate experience on the field, including relevant professional certifications
- Proven working experience excellent communications skills as HR Executive with people management skills
- Exhibit knowledge and experience in human resources metrics, systems and databases, with great work ethics
- Superb computer literacy skill.
Remuneration
Commensurate with industry standards.
