Reporting to the
Head of The i- academy, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales
team, protecting and developing The i-academy revenue. Furthermore, the role
entails cont
ributing to the strategic development of the department and the
company as whole.
Objectives:
This incumbent’s
activities will include the following: (not limited)
- Growing
The i-academy revenue through customer needs analysis, market & competitor
analysis to be able to contribute towards competitive offers - Fostering
and building good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer
retention - Engaging
customers at high level and developing senior level relationships - Achieving
sales targets and company business objectives - Optimizing
services and detecting new opportunities in the market - Managing
the opportunities you have detected from end to end - Writing,
developing and executing sales strategy for each of the key segments - Preparing
a monthly dashboard - Ensuring
that customer complaints are managed in a timely and efficient manner
Key
skills & experience:
- Proven
ability to negotiate and interact with a wide range of persons that can
vary from middle management to top executives - Extremely
good commercial skills - People
management skills experience - Strong
analytical skills
Minimum
Education/Qualifications:
- A
degree in Business Management or Marketing - Minimum
5 year of experience in managing sales teams in a Business-to-Business
environment
