Royal Oven is a modern retail bakery
owned by dynamic Tanzanian shareholders
with vast experience in FMCG business. The bakery which was established in
2008, bakes and sells variety of freshest and most appealing bakery products to
final consumers, The company is looking for a dynamic experienced candidate to
fill the position of Financial Controller.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management account reports for circulation to the Board
of Directors
Leading the design and implementation of the structure of financial resources
and all financial operations of the company
Actively managing company cash flow on daily basis and directing all financial
project based departmental accounting
Maintaining Internal Control and safeguard receipt of revenue, costs,
operational budgets and actual expenditures
Developing operating policy and procedures, improvement programs and management
systems.
Advising the Directors on the financial implications of business/project
activities and providing high level proactive financial expertise and financial
leadership to the company.
Personal Attributes:
Strong financial management and profit maximization skills
Experience in dealing with cost management and optimization
Excellent communication and analytical skills with commitment to act with
integrity and enthusiasm
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work independently
with a high level of project ownership
Excellent attention to detail and willingness to support at all levels to get
the job done. A change Manager with ability and experience to manage’ the
finance department.
Academic Qualifications:
Must have an undergraduate degree in accounting
Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant, is a plus
Experience:
Five to seven years experience in Accounts, three of which are in managing
accounts department with P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility in a
commercial environment. ‘
Financial Controller in manufacturing and/or FMCG business is an added
advantage.
