III. Background & Purpose
Christian Blind Mission (CBM) is supporting Gahini Hospital in
delivering a wide range of rehabilitation services including orthopedic
surgery, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, fabrication of prosthesis and
orthesis among others. As part of the implementation of a multiyear development
programme to transform CRF Gahini into a Center of Excellence in comprehensive
rehabilitation, CBM in collaboration with Gahini Hospital would like to recruit
a CRF Programme Coordinator. The purpose of this position is to ensure
effective and efficient implementation and monitoring of the CRF Gahini
Programme.

VI. Qualifications and Experience :
• University degree in Management, Project Management, Social/ Development
Studies or related field ;

• A Master’ s degree in the fields mentioned above is a definite
advantage ;

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Project/Programme Management
within a reputable development organization ;

• Experience in the field of disability is an advantage ;
• Proven experience in project monitoring and budget
control ;

• Proven competence in project report writing ;
• Experience in proposal writing ;
• Financial management background as a plus.
