health facilities in Uganda.
Job Summary: The
Pick Packers will carry out manual store- keeping activities, including stock
verifications and record – keeping.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:

- Receive
and verify supplies from suppliers or other warehouse zones under the
supervision of the stores assistant in line with the stores manual - Pick
and pack consignment in line with the operation manual - Move
goods within the NMS warehouse only as directed by the supervisor - Update
and maintain correctness of stock balances on both physical locations and
system record - Enter
appropriate records of stock receipts, movements and issues affected unto
bin cards / or the warehouse management system in line with the operations
manual - Carry
out surveys of locations and assigned area to ensure correctness of
physical stock against system or bin cards records - Responsible
for maintaining good housekeeping practices in assigned work area - Safely
operate assigned warehouse equipment and keep them in a good working in
line with the operational manual
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The
applicant should hold a diploma qualification. - Hold
a credit in mathematics at Uganda Certificate of education Level. - Prior
work experience in a large pharmaceuticals store is an advantage.
