Deputy Manager – Gaming Cork – Immediate Interview
In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a permanent role based in Cork.
The Client:
Our client is Europe’s leading specialist retailer of pc and video game products. The business started trading in 1991 with 11 stores in the UK and has grown both organically and through acquisition to a chain of over 1,300 outlets. They operate stores in ten countries, supported by eCommerce websites.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI’s through demonstrating strong commercial acumen,
• Inspire, lead and motivate staff
• A proven track record of managing people,
• Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service,
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills through implementation of systems & processes to utilise resources to best effect,
• Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance,
• Training and development of staff.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate must demonstrate motivation, enthusiasm, resilience and drive for achievement, coupled with planning and organisation skills. They should inspire confidence through your effective leadership skills and your ability to influence. Ideally, the candidate should have a minimum of 2 – 3 years retail management experience.
