Job Requirements:
• GCE A’ Level/Diploma or above
• At least 8 years in sales & marketing or customer service administrative related functions
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge with Oracle Financials and Supply Chain (preferred)
• Knowledge with Business Objects or similar reporting tools (preferred)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin because frequent liaison with Mandarin speaking clients required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to the Singapore Office such as attending to walk-in enquiries, phone calls, maintain database of telephone list and follow up on import and export issues including customs declaration
• Full secretarial services to the Director, Financial Instant Issuance and Regional Director for ASEAN & Taiwan that includes managing traveling schedule and calendar and preparing sales forecast, expense reports etc.
• Sales & Marketing Support for the RSMs and team members
• Update and upkeep Demo Room & collaterals
• Maintain database of partners, distributors and customers for events & other communication purposes.
• Research of regional and local news relevant to the business
• Support in launching Marketing Plans in ASEAN/Taiwan and Asia Pacific
• Design and manage production of posters, exhibits, booths, marketing collaterals and premiums, video tapes, VCD’s and DVD’s as required.
• Closely liaise with the Corporate and regional sales offices in planning and executing sales promotion and marketing campaigns
• Continuously develop and maintain sales leads and customer database from sales events, like trade shows, seminars and roadshows etc
• To maintain the Marketing material library.
