We have an opportunity for talented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic organization. The candidate will be part of a team of energetic staff with CEM PYRAMID to contribute to the efforts of implementing marketing and sales strategies across our expanding product categories and help us expand our customer base. The M&S Coordinator will be member of the Marketing & Relations Department, reporting to the Manager while working in collaboration with the Sales, Design & Production Units.
Marketing and Sales Coordinator
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manage order fulfillment for machines, modifications and spare parts. This includes processing customer’s purchasing order, issuing works order to operations’ respective departments, coordinating delivery schedule, timely invoicing, etc.
• Process customer inquiries, prepare quotations for machines, modification and spare parts, as well as chemical.
• Assist finance to expedite receivable collection.
• Coordinate with our sales, and technical groups to assist marketing functions
• Maintain machine and modification pipeline and participate in marketing meetings as scheduled
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Duties include clerical work
• Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system.
• Retrieves information from files when needed.
• Help Sales Campaigns.
• Ability to multi task in a fast pace environment
• Respond to questions and provide assistance to Marketing and Sales Reps.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing dept
• Strong MS Office skills
• Professional Attitude
• Strong communications skills
• Process orientated
• Flexible and adaptability to different personalities
• Advanced diploma/B. Sci. preferred
• Bilingual in English and mandarin a plus to liaise with Chinese-Speaking counterparts.

The position is located at the CEM PYRAMID headquarters in Jurong Industrial Estate, Singapore.
