starting with the hire of a Project Manager to lead the team.

Your
Role

This

You
will report directly to the construction manager and have a successful team
of engineers and the estimating department to help you win and construct all
your projects moving forward also. As such, the successful candidate must
possess:

A
minimum of 8 years experience with civil infrastructure
A
direct responsibility for projects ranging from $5 – $15 million
A
Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience
in the construction methods and systems required for civil projects
A
firm base of relevant technical and engineering skills and knowledge
Experience
working with a design and construct or public private partnership
Great
communication skills with demonstrated team work abilities and leadership
qualities
An
autonomous work and management practices
Exposure
and understanding of best practice OHS culture
Advanced
problem solving and analytical abilities
Impeccable
time management skills
The
ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Conflict
resolution skills and cultural-sensitivity
Strong
planning, financial and cost control methods
